Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
All physical products will have their own turnaround time (TAT) that will be stated in the product’s listing. If you are wanting more assistance or needing an item expeditiously, please reach out via the contact us link or email us at mybubblegumfix@gmail.com and we will help if possible.
Digital Items
All digital items will have a download link that will be sent to the email account listed on your purchase. This link is only available for one week after the date of purchase so please be sure to download your files within that timeframe. If there is any issue at all, please feel free to reach out via our contact me link or email us at mybubblegumfix@gmail.com. Please be aware that technical and human error can happen so ALWAYS check your files before you send them for printing! Due to the digital nature of these items, they are nonrefundable. All digital items are free to use for small shop and personal purposes. You may not resell, share, or give away these items in whole or in part in any way digitally. Fabric shops do not need to purchase any additional licensing to print my files. If you print internationally, please be sure your fabric shop is reputable and will not resell the designs.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, I do not offer international shipping.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on physical items unless an item is incorrect due to our own oversite. Any damage caused in shipping is the responsibility of the carrier and may be claimed via their website with your tracking information.
